Lauren is The Orthopedic Evercise Specialist at FIT on Main and has been teaching group fitness classes for over 7 years. She has taught many formats including TRX® Suspension Training®, Les Mills GRIT™, indoor/outdoor boot camp, step aerobics, group strength training, circuit training, H.I.I.T., cycle, freestyle aerobics, ballet barre, water aerobics, water strength, and more. Lauren can adapt to all fitness levels and enjoys teaching classes with a focus on total body strength and agility.

Carolina stated her fitness career in 2004 when she immersed herself in a comprehensive yoga teacher training and began teaching yoga in Washington, DC. She earned her Masters in Exercise Science and Nutrition at George Washington University in 2008. Her training and education made it possible for her to have a multifaceted approach to fitness. Carolina owns and operates Inspire Fitness where she teaches outdoor boot camp classes and trains clients in her home gym. In her classes, Carolina favors functional movements. Be prepared to do bear crawls, kettlebell swings, jumping, functional squats, and more! Be prepared to have fun too! In her spare time, she is a mother of two boys, loves to hike and spend time with her family, and teaches yoga at her son's preschool.

Lisa has been in the fitness industry for 20 years. She has taught boot camp type classes for the past 10 years and has taught cycling, boxing, and Body Pump. Lisa grew up competing in gymnastics from a young child through college and was an avid runner. She found her love of body building and placed 1st overall in the figure division and most recently started power lifting and won the title of Women's Raw Power Lifting State Champion. Lisa currently holds the national drug tested records in squat, bench, and dead lifting. Lisa is also a mom, a molecular biologist at UNC, and an artist. Lisa's passion is to inspire others to be their fittest!

Gayle Silver is the co-owner of FIT on Main. She has a degree in Social Work and has been teaching and training for 25 years. Gayle has taught everything from Pilates to Boot Camp! Her focus is on functional, full body exercises where she incorporates strength, core stability, agility, cardiovascular conditioning, and balance into all of her classes. She has the ability to teach to a diverse group and makes people feel successful in all of her classes. She has a strong focus on form and safety while also encouraging her participants to be their best! Gayle has two daughters and loves to spend time with her family and see as much live music as possible.
