FIT Circuit is a full body work-out integrating several functional  exercises to increase strength, improve cardiovascular conditioning, and  improve core stability and balance. The format includes several  stations that work the body in every direction while keeping the heart  rate up through combination exercises and intervals. 

FIT Circuit utilizes dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls and other  strength equipment along with TRX, Bosu's, and stability balls. Agility  ladders, cones, and ropes are incorporated for cardiovascular  intervals.  Pilates based exercises will also be included to complete a  well rounded work-out.

FIT Circuit is suitable for people of various levels and abilities. It  incorporates many modalities and it is timed so each participant can  push themselves and select the weight that works for them.  FIT on Main  has the areas best instructors to ensure a safe and effective work-out.

FIT Camp

Wednesdays 6:00 pm with Lisa Jones 


FIT Camp is a more challenging class guaranteed to make you sweat and push your body.  This class will be a combination of body weight and strength exercises along with plyometric and cardiovascular exercises set to great music.  Lisa Jones will inspire you to become stronger and fitter so be prepared for an intense work-out guaranteed to produce great results!
