In this 2 hour workshop, you will learn how to protect your shoulders from injury and arthritic changes with simple exercises to strengthen muscles that support and stabilize the shoulder joint and gently stretch and relax muscles that are typically tight or tense.
By finding this balance of support and flexibility around the shoulder, you will experience more freedom of movement, have more stability in your shoulders, and have less upper back and neck tension.
